After wandering around in circles around a familiar piece of woodland, shuffling the forest floor and looking up for widow makers, we finally settle on a spot that looks homey. The usual dance begins, we drop our bags, stretch, and walk in opposite directions and gather the materials for a fire. One processes, the other builds, soon enough the woods are filled with the smoky scent of Oak, sizzling steak and laughter. Hearth and Home are made.

These beach huts at Hengistbury Head, Dorset, UK are the most expensive in the country. A hut that sleeps 2/3 people will set you back currently, April 2018, £300,000 or Euro 343,000, US$424,000 or CAN$548,000. You can’t use them as a house as you are only allowed to stay in them 11 out of the 12 months of a year, plus, you have to use communal showers and toilets.

The RAF Red Arrows complete an annual display at the 3-day Bournemouth Airshow. Often, travelling at over 400mph and at a distance of 6ft from each other, the team is recognised as one of, if not, the best air display team in the world.

We were walking around Bournemouth beach trying to find some good photo spots. We’d watched the sun go down on the beach and proceeded to leave the beach area, walking past the wheel. I saw the opportunity to take the shot and that’s what I did.

Early morning and the beach is beginning to get busy, alongside Bournemouth Pier in Dorset. The U.K. has some beautiful beaches. Bournemouth has seven miles of gorgeous soft sand. This photo makes me realise how much I love Summertime.

A crisp, bright, sunny February day meant a walk along Studland Beach, Dorset. This was the view, looking across to Bournemouth.

After a 5am start and 70 miles of driving we arrived at Durdle Door. The wind was howling as we walked down to the beach in the dark alongside a few other photographers. We’d checked the weather the night before and new there would be a clear sunrise so we sat and waited…

On a perfect spring morning Beverley Brook, a small but beautiful river that meanders through London’s Richmond Park, takes on a fairy tail quality in the dawn mist.

This shot was taken at Uffington Castle on a lovely spring evening. I saw my Sister and Dad looking out over Oxfordshire & Wiltshire and thought it would be a good chance to get a shot of them both. I love the silhouette effect I got from it.

I was out taking some pictures in a cemetery and this cat came out of nowhere and scared the living day lights out of me. Lucky it was the nicest cat ever and even gave me a little tour of the place!

For most of you, V&A is a place you pass through once, admiring all the art and skeletons, stairs and all its stunning rooms. For me, it was my daily escape ‘room’ to my lunch break; I miss it heaps. It even smells like home.

Portland Bill is the iconic lighthouse on the headland near Weymouth. The lighthouse had been newly painted and the blue, semi-cloudy sky made a great contrast in colours.

Coming home for Christmas, this street is one of my favourites in London and the first time I’ve shot this. I love how the classic red London bus and black cab are both involved.

sometime when I travel for work I’m able to bring my camera. I captured this one on a clear fall evening after a long day of work. London is one of my favorite cities in Europe to wander with my camera. I started to explore street photography during my last visit. I love how this great cities great history with our current times.

Luckily, during my trip in London, the weather was just amazin. No clouds, pure sun, something you don’t see everyday! And I believe this photography is one of my best during this trip because of the light, weather and of course subject. The Westminster Abbey

From the offices of Camelot, operators of the National Lottery. I had a job shooting portraits for the day and had a moment to capture this unique view whilst I waiting for my clients to walk in.

Milestone reached. 30 photos in 30 days. Well make that 35 days. I kinda missed some - mainly cuz I reached my quota (which was weird). Visiting London after almost 10 years was really amazing. I am so used to the mountains tho, that big cities kinda seem chaotic to me.

I was wondering near the London marathon race course when I found a spot overlooking the main road. After a few dozens minutes waiting a handful athletes started appearing and one of the volunteers moved closer to cheer them. The rest is history :-)

I was passing through Somerset House one delightful day in June and I decided to grab a couple shots of people sitting leisurely in the courtyard. I love this place so any excuse to come here and capture photos, I’ll take it!
